Because the merchandise we sell are collectibles/limited edition, we do not issue refunds or exchanges. Due to the nature of the art pieces, there will be slight variation/blemishes on these products.
Damaged Goods Return Policy
We can only offer return/exchange if the merchandise is damaged during shipment or contains manufacturer defects. Customers must contact us at info@kusovinyl.com within 10 days upon shipment arrival. If the product is still available, we will exchange a new one. If the product is out of stock, then we will issue refund to the customer. Returned product must in its original condition, with original packaging and accessories in order to be qulified for refund/exchange.
